Develop a sustainable project of Enactus and fight effectively against forest degradation.
Together with Enactus Aachen and the Chair for Entrepreneurship at RWTH Aachen University, we are organising a two-day digital Techathon from Dec 16 to Dec 17, 2020. In the form of a sprint, we will take a look at various aspects of the project „Drone based early warning system for forest damage“. This Enactus venture should, for example, enable the pest infestation of trees by flying over forest areas with drones and the subsequent intelligent evaluation of the camera material.
The challenges lie in the further development of an automated drone control system, the design of a data analysis process, the improved coordination of the sensors, but also in the business development of the case and the outlining of a marketing concept.

As a participant you will gain valuable practical experience, you can work with motivated and like-minded students and make contacts with Enactus, us and the Chair of Entrepreneurship. We will even take care of your meals at home during the two-day event! The improvements gained will directly benefit the sustainable and social goals of this Enactus project.
